quiz tool that makes use of external text files containing the questions. This makes it possible for the client to create entire new question sets without needing to modify the source code.

Safety Situations (in development)
Food Safety research project for the University of Connecticut.
A simulation created using Shockwave. Students travel through a virtual
world finding food safety situations. They click on questionable situations
and answer questions pertaining to the situation.
This lesson is meant to enhance and reinforce established knowledge.
Situations are selected at random. Once 10 questions are answered
the student selects a reward game. |

Updated existing CD based learning tool to newest version of Director, replaced QuickTime with Flash video, created new CD version for younger audience, online version, network version, and a young adult version. Product includes a teacher tool for tracking student progress.

A tool for teaching math concepts to elementary age students. Based on a C++ project, ported to Shockwave for internet delivery. Replicated most of original functionality. Designed to be linked to individual pages of McGraw Hill Online Books, to supplement course material and provide a practice space. Many tools teaching math concepts, from simple counting to geometry and graphing functions. |
